THE SETUP

Tent amenities.

  • Ten wood picnic tables and two lounge areas
  • Two buffet tables
  • Stage, sound system, microphones, screen, and lighting
  • Electricity, heat, and security coordinated through Baker House
  • Daytime and evening event options

Interested in catering or a 21+ bar area? Let us know in your request. Availability, approval, and any separate costs will be discussed with the team.

YOUR PART

What your group provides.

  • An event idea, preferred date, and estimated attendance
  • A named organizer to coordinate and attend
  • Your guests and any entertainment you book and pay for
  • Performers’ instruments, DJ equipment, or additional gear as agreed
  • Removal of your group’s equipment after the event

Final setup, equipment, catering, and event arrangements will be confirmed with the Baker House team.
